Elektron Tijoratni Davlat Tomonidan Qo‘Llab-Quvvatlash Mexanizmini Takomillashtirish

Abstract

Bugungi kunda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari jamiyat hayotining barcha sohalarigajadal kirib bormoqda. Axborot texnologiyalarining keng joriy etilishi natijasida ish yuritish jarayonlarining elektronshakli tobora rivojlanmoqda. Xususan, zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari yangi turdagi bank xizmatlariniko‘rsatish, elektron tijoratni rivojlantirish, elektron shartnomalar va elektron to‘lov tizimlaridan foydalanish,shuningdek, xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hisob-kitoblar samaradorligini oshirish uchunkeng imkoniyatlar yaratmoqda. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda elektron tijoratning hozirgi holati, uni davlattomonidan huquqiy tartibga solishni takomillashtirish zarurati, mazkur sohadagi davlat siyosatining asosiyyo‘nalishlari hamda elektron tijorat bozorining to‘laqonli shakllanishiga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan mavjud cheklovlarva takomillashtirish talab etiladigan jihatlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha taklif vatavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
