O‘Zbekiston Agrar Sug‘Urta Bozorida Esg Tamoyillarini Joriy Etishning Xavflarni Boshqarish Va Barqarorlikni Oshirishdagi O‘Rni

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qishloq xo‘jaligi sug‘urtasi bozorida ESG tamoyillarini joriy etishning nazariy va amaliyjihatlari o‘rganiladi. Qishloq xo‘jaligi yalpi ichki mahsulotning 28 foizini tashkil etganligi sababli, sug‘urta sohasidaESG tamoyillarini joriy etish O‘zbekiston uchun dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot Swiss Re instituti va Jenevaassotsiatsiyasi hisobotlari, Moliya vazirligi statistikasi hamda Toshkent, Samarqand va Farg‘ona viloyatlaridao‘tkazilgan mintaqaviy tadqiqotlar asosida o‘tkazildi. Natijada ESG mezonlarini qo‘llagan tashkilotlarda ekinlargayetkazilgan zararni kamaytirish darajasi 38–45 foizga yetgani va indeks sug‘urtasidan foydalanadigan fermerlarqurg‘oqchilikdan keyin olingan kreditlar hajmini sezilarli darajada kamaytirgani aniqlandi. Biroq fermerlarning 79,4 foiziamaldagi tizimdan norozi bo‘lishdi, bu asosan subsidiyalarning pastligi (64,7 %) va hujjatlarning murakkabligi (56 %)tufayli yuzaga keldi. Maqolada iqlim xavflarini hisobga olgan holda sug‘urta mahsulotlari va boshqaruv standartlarinitakomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
