Abstract

Innovatsion iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish jarayonining mehnat bozoriga ta’siri ilmiy va amaliyjihatdan tahlil qilingan. Innovatsion rivojlanishning bandlik, mehnat unumdorligi, kasblar transformatsiyasi hamdainson kapitaliga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda iqtisodiy-statistik tahlil usullaridan foydalanilib, O‘zbekistondainnovatsion iqtisodiyotning mehnat bozori rivojlanishiga ko‘rsatayotgan ta’siri baholangan. Olingan natijalarinnovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida mehnat bozorini modernizatsiya qilish, raqamli ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish vakasbiy qayta tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi
