Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aloqa xizmatlari samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli transformatsiyaningo‘rni, uning iqtisodiy va institutsional ahamiyati hamda baholash usullari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomidatelekommunikatsiya xizmatlarining raqamlashtirilishi, zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalariningjoriy etilishi va innovatsion boshqaruv mexanizmlarining xizmatlar sifati hamda iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’sirio‘rganildi. Shuningdek, aloqa xizmatlari samaradorligini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy ko‘rsatkichlar vametodik yondashuvlar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijasida raqamli transformatsiya aloqa xizmatlari bozoriningraqobatbardoshligini oshirish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish va iste’molchilar ehtiyojlarini samarali qondirishningmuhim omili ekanligi aniqlandi
