Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ekologik nizolar, milliy tizimning hozirgi holati va sudlar ularni qandayhal qilayotgani ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotga ko‘ra, eng katta muammolar tabiatni tiklash tizimining yo‘qligi vajarimalarni budjetga yo‘naltirish amaliyotidir. Jahon tajribasi nuqtayi nazaridan ixtisoslashgan sud hay’atlarinitashkil etish salohiyati ta’kidlangan
