Abstract

Mazkur ishda yuklarni tashish jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan asosiy transport hujjatlariningmazmuni, ahamiyati va huquqiy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, yuk xati, konosament, hisob-faktura, yo‘lvaraqasi va boshqa hamroh hujjatlarning tashish jarayonidagi o‘rni yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, turli transportturlari (avtomobil, temir yo‘l, havo va dengiz transporti) bo‘yicha rasmiylashtiriladigan hujjatlarning o‘ziga xosxususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ishda xalqaro va milliy qonunchilik asosida transport hujjatlarining yuritilishi,ularning yuk xavfsizligi, hisob-kitob va javobgarlikni belgilashdagi roli tahlil etilgan
