Abstract

Мазкур мақолада молия тизимида давлат молиявий назоратининг методологикмуаммолари замонавий илмий ёндашувлар асосида таҳлил қилинган. Давлат молиявий назоратинингназарий-ҳуқуқий асослари, унинг молиявий интизомни таъминлаш, бюджет маблағларидан самаралифойдаланиш ва давлат молиявий ресурсларини бошқаришдаги ўрни ёритилган. Тадқиқотда давлатмолиявий назорати тизимининг амалдаги методологик ёндашувлари, рискка асосланган аудит,самарадорлик аудити ҳамда рақамли технологияларни жорий этиш билан боғлиқ масалалар илмийжиҳатдан баҳоланган. Шунингдек, халқаро аудит стандартлари ва илғор хорижий тажрибалар асосидаЎзбекистонда давлат молиявий назоратини такомиллаштиришнинг устувор йўналишлари ҳамдаметодологик ечимлари таклиф этилган.
