Abstract

Ushbu maqolada InsurTech platformalari asosida sug‘urta xizmatlarini raqamli transformatsiyaqilish jarayonlari va ularning sug‘urta kompaniyalari moliyaviy samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotdasun’iy intellekt, Big Data, IoT va bulutli texnologiyalar asosida qurilgan raqamli platformalarning anderrayting,da’volarni boshqarish va mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlaridagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. GlobalInsurTech bozorining 2020–2025-yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi statistik jihatdan baholangan hamda raqamlitransformatsiyaning operatsion xarajatlarni qisqartirish va bozor raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi roli asoslabko‘rsatilgan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozori uchun InsurTech texnologiyalarini keng joriy etishgaqaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
