Abstract

Neft-gaz sanoati korxonalarida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarining jadallashuvi ishlabchiqarish, laboratoriya va korporativ boshqaruv tizimlari o‘rtasida uzluksiz axborot oqimlarini shakllantirishnitalab etmoqda. Mavjud amaliyotda turli axborot platformalarining o‘zaro moslashuv darajasining yetarliemasligi, ma’lumotlarning standartlashtirilmaganligi hamda ayrim jarayonlarning qo‘lda bajarilishi boshqaruvsamaradorligini cheklamoqda. Shu munosabat bilan ishlab chiqarish va boshqaruv tizimlari o‘rtasidagiintegratsiya darajasi baholanib, axborot oqimlaridagi uzilishlar hamda ularning iqtisodiy ta’siri aniqlangan.Laboratoriya natijalarini qayta ishlash, energiya resurslari monitoringi va korporativ boshqaruv platformalariningo‘zaro bog‘liqligini kuchaytirishga qaratilgan integratsiyalashgan yechim ishlab chiqilgan. OPC UA, WITSMLva PRODML standartlariga asoslangan taklif etilayotgan arxitektura yagona raqamli muhitni shakllantirish, realvaqt rejimida monitoringni tashkil etish, ma’lumotlar to‘liqligini oshirish hamda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridansamarali foydalanish imkonini beradi. Natijada boshqaruv qarorlarining aniqligi ortishi, ishlab chiqarishsamaradorligi yaxshilanishi va korxonaning raqamli transformatsiya darajasi yuksalishi asoslab berilgan
