Abstract

Mazkur maqolada naqd pulsiz iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishida raqamli to‘lov tizimlarining o‘rni, ularninginfratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish yo‘nalishlari va tartibga solish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda mamlakatimizdaraqamli moliya ekotizimini takomillashtirish, to‘lov tizimlarida xavfsizlikni oshirish hamda moliyaviy inklyuziyani kengaytirishmasalalari yoritilgan. Ishda qiyosiy tahlil, statistik va tizimli yondashuv metodlaridan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarishuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli to‘lov infratuzilmasining modernizatsiyasi iqtisodiyotning shaffofligini oshiradi, pul aylanishinitezlashtiradi va soliqqa tortish bazasini kengaytiradi. Milliy to‘lov tizimining samaradorligini oshirish uchun amaliy takliflarilgari surilgan.
