Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ishlab chiqarish korxonalarida boshqaruv usullaridan foydalanishni takomillashtirishmasalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida iqtisodiy, tashkiliy-ma’muriy va ijtimoiy-psixologik boshqaruvusullarining ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimlari, jumladan,ERP, CRM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen va Total Quality Management (TQM) texnologiyalarining korxona faoliyatidagiahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida ishlab chiqarish korxonalarida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish, ishlabchiqarish xarajatlarini kamaytirish va raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirishga qaratilgan ilmiy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlabchiqilgan.
