Развитие Урбанизации В Центральной Азии: Сравнительный Анализ

Abstract

В статье проводится сравнительный анализ траекторий урбанизации в пяти странах ЦентральнойАзии (Казахстан, Кыргызстан, Таджикистан, Туркменистан, Узбекистан). Несмотря на общее наследие советскойплановой урбанизации, выявлены разные модели: ресурсно-полицентрическая (Казахстан), административно-концентрированная (Туркменистан) и миграционно-зависимая (Таджикистан, Кыргызстан). На основедемографических, экономических и институциональных данных выявлены общие закономерности и национальныеспецифики городского роста. Особое внимание уделяется роли миграционных потоков, структурных реформ,качества управления и климатических вызовов. Предложены рекомендации по комплексному устойчивомуразвитию городов с использованием их социально-экономического потенциала при одновременном сниженииэкологических и социальных рисков
