Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim va amaliyot tizimlari integratsiyasi asosida kadrlar tayyorlash menejmentinitakomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, dual ta’lim, klasterli yondashuv hamda kompetensiyagaasoslangan ta’lim tizimlarining samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida xorijiy tajribalar, xususan, Germaniya,Shveysariya hamda Singapur ta’lim modellari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinib, oliy ta’lim muassasalari va ish beruvchilaro‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni kuchaytirishga qaratilgan innovatsion mexanizmlar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra,nazariya va amaliyot uyg‘unligini ta’minlash kadrlar tayyorlash sifati hamda mutaxassislarning raqobatbardoshliginioshirishning muhim omili ekanligi asoslab berilgan.
