Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda kichik va o‘rta biznesni bank kreditlari bilan ta’minlash tizimini yanadarivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari, mavjud imkoniyatlar hamda kreditlash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalariilmiy-amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda garov ta’minotini kengaytirish, axborot almashinuvi samaradorligini oshirish,moliyaviy hisobotlar sifatini yaxshilash, kredit tarixini rivojlantirish, foiz stavkalari va kredit muddatlarini biznes ehtiyojlarigamoslashtirish hamda hududiy kreditlash tizimini takomillashtirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Maqolada tijoratbanklari kredit portfeli, kichik tadbirkorlikning iqtisodiy faollik ko‘rsatkichlari va 2025-yil statistik ma’lumotlari asosidaKOBni moliyalashtirish istiqbollari amaliy jihatdan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, cash-flow-based lending, raqamli scoring,fintech yechimlar, risk-based pricing, davlat kafolat fondlari, on-lending mexanizmlari, moliyaviy diagnostika va bank–KOB axborot almashinuvini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ilgari surilgan.
