Abstract

Digital transformation is increasingly recognized as a key factor in improving efficiency and service qualityin primary healthcare. This study conducts a systematic literature review using the PRISMA approach to examine thefactors influencing digital transformation and its impact on organizational performance. Relevant peer-reviewed studiespublished between 2015 and 2025 were identified through a structured database search. The findings indicate thatdigital transformation is shaped by technological, organizational, and environmental factors. In addition, transformationprocesses play a mediating role in improving organizational performance. The review also highlights a significant researchgap in developing countries, including Uzbekistan, and provides a foundation for future empirical studies.
