Ta’Lim Muassasalarini Moliyalashtirishda Optimallashtirish Zarurati Va Yo‘Nalishlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ta’lim muassasalarini moliyalashtirish tizimini takomillashtirish va mablag‘lardan samaralifoydalanish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitda ta’lim sifatini oshirish, moddiy-texnik bazanimustahkamlash hamda moliyaviy resurslarni oqilona taqsimlash dolzarb vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi. Maqolada ta’limtizimida mavjud moliyaviy muammolar, budjet mablag‘laridan foydalanish samaradorligi hamda qo‘shimcha moliyalashtirishmanbalarini jalb etish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajribalar asosida moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarinioptimallashtirish yo‘nalishlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, ta’lim muassasalarini moliyalashtirishnioptimallashtirish ta’lim sifati va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Moliyaviy boshqaruvni raqamlashtirish,xususiy sektor bilan hamkorlikni kengaytirish va investitsiyalarni jalb qilish muhim omil sifatida baholangan
