Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Surxondaryo viloyatida uy-joy qurilishi va ipoteka kreditlash tizimining o‘zaro bog‘liqligiiqtisodiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Hududda uy-joy qurilishi hajmining oshishi, ipoteka kreditlari ajratilishining kengayishihamda ularning aholi turmush darajasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, uy-joy bozori va ipoteka tizimida mavjudmuammolar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
