O‘Zbekistonda Umumiy O‘Rta Ta’Lim Tizimi: Rivojlanish Tendensiyalari Va Buxoro Viloyati Tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistondagi umumiy o‘rta ta'lim tizimining 2019–2024-yillar davomidagi rivojlanishtendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot dinamik qiyosiy tahlil va ulush tahlili metodlari asosida olib borilgan. Ta'limmuassasalari soni 5 yil ichida 8,5 foizga, o‘qituvchilar soni 16,5 foizga, 11-sinf bitiruvchilari soni esa 44,8 foizga oshgan.Buxoro viloyatida ko‘rsatkichlar respublika o‘rtacha sur'atidan biroz past bo‘lsa-da, ta'lim infratuzilmasi sifati bo‘yicha— xususan ta'mirlashga muhtoj maktablarning yo‘qligi bilan — viloyat respublika miqyosida nisbiy ustunlikka ega. Sifatko‘rsatkichlari — xususan PISA 2022 natijalari va 0,03 ta kompyuter/o‘quvchi ko‘rsatkichi — hali ham jiddiy takomilnitalab qiladi. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi sifatida umumiy o‘rta ta'lim tizimining miqdoriy va sifat o‘lchovlari o‘rtasidagi tizimlinomutanosiblik birinchi marta Buxoro viloyati ma'lumotlari asosida miqdoriy tarzda ko‘rsatilgan. Natijalar viloyatda maqsadlita'lim siyosatini, xususan raqamlashtirish va o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirishga qaratilgan dasturlarni shakllantirish uchunamaliy ahamiyatga ega.
