Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tashkilot boshqaruvida liderlik uslublarining mazmun-mohiyati hamda ularning xodimlarfaoliyiga va tashkilot samaradorligiga ta’siri tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida markazlashgan, demokratik va liberal liderlikuslublarining nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinib, ularning korxonalarda qo‘llanish darajasi va boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siribaholangan. So‘rovnoma natijalari hamda statistik tahlillar asosida demokratik liderlik uslubining xodimlar motivatsiyasi,mehnat unumdorligi va jamoaviy muhitni yaxshilashdagi ijobiy ta’siri aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari samarali boshqaruvtizimini shakllantirishda mos liderlik uslubini tanlash muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
