Abstract

Ushbu maqola aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida (AJ) kapital tuzilmasini shakllantirish hamda aktivlar menejmentisamaradorligining korxona bozor qiymati va moliyaviy natijalariga ta’sirini empirik jihatdan baholashga bag‘ishlangan.Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida O‘zbekiston fond birjasida listingga kiritilgan 25 ta aksiyadorlik jamiyatining 2018–2023-yillardagipanel ma’lumotlari tanlab olindi. Ko‘p omilli regressiya tahlili yordamida aktivlar rentabelligi (ROA), xususiy kapitalrentabelligi (ROE) hamda bozor qiymati ko‘rsatkichi (Tobin’s Q) o‘zgaruvchilari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi.Tadqiqot natijalari moliyaviy leveraj darajasi korxonaning bozor qiymatiga ma’lum darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatishini, aktivlaraylanuvchanligi va likvidlik ko‘rsatkichlari esa ijobiy hamda statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli natijalarni shakllantirishiniko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, tadqiqot yakunlari korporativ boshqaruv tizimida kapital qiymatini optimallashtirish va aksiyadorlarmanfaatdorligini oshirishga qaratilgan strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishda muhim empirik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
