Abstract

Ushbu maqolada investitsion-qurilish kompleksida loyiha boshqaruvini ommalashtirishda klasterusulining asosiy yo‘nalishlari batafsil yoritilgan. Boshqaruv nuqtayi nazaridan klaster bo‘g‘inlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligishartnomalarning bajarilishi, bo‘g‘in natijalarining sifat jihatidan baholanishi, kelishuv hujjatlarini imzolash hamdamas’uliyatni keyingi bo‘g‘inga uzatish orqali ta’minlanishi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, klaster bo‘g‘inlarining har bir o‘tishnuqtasida asosiy samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari (KPI), bajarish muddatlari, sifat talablari hamda javobgar shaxslarga oidmasalalarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
