Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Jahon bankining yangi “Business Ready” (B-READY) loyihasi biznes va investitsiyamuhitini baholashning zamonaviy, kompleks hamda shaffof yondashuvi sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada B-READYmetodologiyasining asosiy ustunlari, 2025-yilgi hisobotda O‘zbekistonning erishgan natijalari (68,81 ball) hamdaushbu reytingning xususiy sektorga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xususan, biznes muhitini yaxshilash, qonunchilikning amaliysamaradorligini oshirish va davlat xizmatlarini raqamlashtirish orqali kichik biznesni rivojlantirish hamda hududlardakambag‘allikni qisqartirish istiqbollari ilmiy asoslab berilgan.
