Abstract

Xalqaro turizm oqimining tez o‘sishi YUNESKO Jahon merosi ro‘yxatidagi tarixiy obyektlarda ziyoratchilarniboshqarish va me’moriy yaxlitlikni saqlash masalasini dolzarb qilmoqda. 1993-yildan YUNESKO ro‘yxatiga kiritilganBuxoro tarixiy markazi har yili yuz minglab sayyohlarni qabul qilishiga qaramay, alohida obyektlar uchun ilmiy asoslanganturistik sig‘im hali aniqlanmagan. Ushbu tadqiqot mazkur bo‘shliqni to‘ldirish maqsadida Buxoro tarixiy markazidagiNodir Devonbegi Xonaqohi misolida fizik sig‘im (PCC) va haqiqiy sig‘im (RCC) ko‘rsatkichlarini o‘lchaydi. TadqiqotdaCifuentes uch bosqichli metodologiyasi qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, fizik va haqiqiy sig‘im o‘rtasida sezilarli farqmavjud bo‘lib, RCC/PCC nisbati xalqaro me’yor doirasida joylashadi. Xonaqoh uchun fizik sig‘im (PCC) kuniga 20 582ziyoratchini, haqiqiy sig‘im (RCC) esa kuniga 14 321 ziyoratchini tashkil etadi. RCC/PCC nisbati 69,6 foizni tashkil etib, buxalqaro standartlarga mos keladi. Tadqiqot O‘zbekistonda alohida meros obyektlari uchun o‘tkazilgan dastlabki miqdoriysig‘im baholash ishlaridan biri bo‘lib, Buxoro tarixiy markazini barqaror boshqarishga ilmiy asos yaratadi.
