Abstract

Korxonalar faoliyatida xarajatlarni samarali boshqarish masalasi ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ayniqsa,qurilish sohasi yuqori resurs talabchanligi, katta moliyaviy xarajatlar hamda uzoq muddatli loyihalar bilan ajralib turadi.Shu bois qurilish korxonalarida xarajatlarni oqilona rejalashtirish, nazorat qilish va optimallashtirish orqali ularningraqobatbardoshligini oshirish muhim vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi
