Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kompaniyalar moliyaviy barqarorligini taʼminlashning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari, moliyaviybarqarorlikka taʼsir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillar, uni baholashning zamonaviy usullari hamda Oʻzbekiston kompaniyalarimisolida moliyaviy barqarorlikni taʼminlash mexanizmlari tadqiq etilgan. Shuningdek, kompaniyalarda likvidlilikni samaraliboshqarish, kapital tuzilmasini optimallashtirish, risk-menejment tizimini takomillashtirish va raqamli moliyaviy boshqaruvmexanizmlarini joriy etish boʻyicha ilmiy taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari kompaniyalarmoliyaviy barqarorligini taʼminlash milliy iqtisodiyot raqobatbardoshligini oshirishning muhim omili ekanligini koʻrsatdi
