Abstract

This article provides an in-depth scientific analysis of improving the efficiency of banking services throughthe use of artificial intelligence and big data technologies. The study examines the impact of these technologies oncredit processes, risk management, and customer service quality from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Italso presents a comparative analysis of digital transformation outcomes in the banking systems of developed countries.The paper substantiates the role of artificial intelligence and big data technologies in optimizing banking operations,reducing costs, and improving the accuracy of decision-making processes. The research findings demonstrate that thesetechnologies play a crucial role in enhancing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainable development of the bankingsector.
