Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston kimyo sanoati korxonalarining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish masalalari“O‘zkimyosanoat” AJ tizimidagi yirik korxonalar misolida kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda 2021–2024 yillar statistikma’lumotlari asosida ishlab chiqarish hajmi va mehnat unumdorligining dinamikasi o‘rganilib, ularning o‘zaro ta’siribaholanadi. Shuningdek, ishlab chiqarish jarayonlari, mehnat resurslari, moddiy texnik baza va moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlaro‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik aniqlanib, iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tizimli ravishda tahlilqilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari kimyo sanoati korxonalarida resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, modernizatsiya jarayonlarinijadallashtirish va integral yondashuv asosida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflarnishakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
