Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida korxona boshqaruvining tashkiliy-iqtisodiysamaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari kompleks ilmiy yondashuv asosida tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi raqamlitexnologiyalar keng joriy etilayotgan zamonaviy sharoitda korxonalarda boshqaruv tizimlarini modernizatsiya qilish,resurslardan samarali foydalanish hamda raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish zarurati bilan izohlanadi. Maqolaning asosiymaqsadi raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarining korxona boshqaruviga ta’sirini tahlil qilish, tashkiliy va iqtisodiymexanizmlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni aniqlash hamda samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarishlab chiqishdan iborat.
