Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Surxondaryo viloyati mehnat bozori rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiyomillar ekonometrik usullar asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda hududiy yalpi mahsulot hajmi, investitsiyalar miqdori, sanoatishlab chiqarishi, xizmatlar sohasi rivojlanishi, kichik biznes faoliyati hamda o‘rtacha ish haqi kabi ko‘rsatkichlarning bandlikdarajasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Mehnat bozori holatini baholashda regressiya va korrelyatsiya tahlili usullaridan foydalanilib,ko‘p omilli ekonometrik model ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, hududda investitsion faollikni oshirish, kichikbiznesni rivojlantirish, xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasini kengaytirish hamda malakali ishchi kuchini tayyorlash mehnat bozoribarqarorligini ta’minlovchi asosiy omillar ekanligi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, ekonometrik modellashtirish asosida hududiymehnat bozorining kelgusidagi rivojlanish tendensiyalarini prognozlash imkoniyatlari yoritilgan
