Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot transformatsiyasi sharoitida tijorat banklarining to‘lov qobiliyatinita’minlashning innovatsion mexanizmlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida banklarda “stress-test” usulini doimiy qo‘llash,to‘lovlar navbatini optimallashtiruvchi “queuing” siyosati, LCR ko‘rsatkichlari monitoringi hamda blokcheyn texnologiyasiasosidagi to‘lov kafolati reyestrini joriy etish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. AT Aloqabank misolida ushbumexanizmlarning joriy etilishi bankning barqaror likvid mablag‘lari hajmini 12 % ga va to‘lov qobiliyati darajasini 20 % gaoshirishi tahlil qilingan
