Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inklyuziv turizmni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha xalqaro tajriba tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinib, uniO‘zbekiston sharoitida moslashtirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida World Tourism Organizationtomonidan ilgari surilgan “Tourism for All” yondashuvi, shuningdek, European Union, United States, Australia va NewZealand tajribalari qiyosiy jihatdan o‘rganilgan. Maqolada normativ-huquqiy mexanizmlar, iqtisodiy rag‘batlantirish vositalari, universal dizayn talablari, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish hamda kadrlar tayyorlash tizimi inklyuzivlikni ta’minlashningo‘zaro bog‘liq komponentlari sifatida yoritilgan. Inklyuziv turizm alohida moslashtirish choralaridan iborat emas, balkiarxitektura muhiti, transport, axborotga kirish, servis standartlari hamda siyosiy-iqtisodiy tartibga solishni birlashtiruvchiyagona ekotizim sifatida talqin etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonda inklyuziv turizmni bosqichma-bosqich joriy etish, pilot hududlarni tanlash, milliy raqamli platformalarni yaratish hamda jamoat tashkilotlari bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirishbo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga imkon bergan. Inklyuziv yondashuv turizm xizmatlari sifatini oshirish, maqsadli auditoriyani kengaytirish va ijtimoiy integratsiyani mustahkamlashning muhim omili sifatida asoslangan.
