Abstract

Целью статьи является оценка эффективности управления стейкхолдерами проектов и программна примере ООО «Yangi Zamon Tuhfasi» и разработка практической модели его совершенствования. Вкачестве методов исследования использованы кейс-стади, экспертная оценка, картирование стейкхолдерови сравнительный анализ. Установлено, что действующая система взаимодействия с заинтересованнымисторонами в компании носит фрагментарный характер и недостаточно формализована. Научная новизна работызаключается в обосновании комплексной модели управления, включающей этапы идентификации, цифровогокоммуникационного сопровождения и контроля эффективности через KPI. Автор доказывает, что внедрениепредложенных регламентов и механизмов обратной связи минимизирует проектные риски и обеспечиваетположительный экономический эффект. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможностииспользования разработанной модели для повышения успешности реализации программ развития накорпоративном уровне.
