Abstract

В статье исследуются современные проблемы управления человеческими ресурсами в организацияхкультуры Республики Узбекистан в условиях цифровой трансформации, институциональных реформ иизменения потребностей общества. Проведен анализ кадрового потенциала театров, музеев, библиотек, домовкультуры и других культурных учреждений страны. Выявлены ключевые проблемы, связанные с дефицитомквалифицированных кадров, низким уровнем оплаты труда, слабой мотивацией персонала, ограниченнымивозможностями профессионального развития и недостаточным внедрением современных HR-технологий.На основе статистических данных и результатов анализа предложены механизмы совершенствованиясистемы управления человеческими ресурсами в сфере культуры, включающие цифровизацию кадровыхпроцессов, внедрение системы KPI, развитие корпоративной культуры, повышение квалификации сотрудникови совершенствование государственной кадровой политики. Научная новизна исследования заключается вкомплексном рассмотрении проблем HR-менеджмента в организациях культуры Узбекистана и разработкепрактических механизмов их решения
