Развитие Инструментов Зеленого Финансирования Как Фактор Становления Циркулярной Экономики В Узбекистане

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы развития инструментов зеленого финансирования какважного фактора становления циркулярной экономики в Узбекистане. Исследованы современные механизмыпривлечения устойчивых инвестиций, включая зеленые облигации, льготное кредитование, ESG-финансированиеи государственные программы поддержки экологических проектов. Особое внимание уделено роли зеленогофинансирования в повышении эффективности использования ресурсов, снижении уровня отходов, развитииперерабатывающей промышленности и внедрении инновационных технологий. Проанализированы текущиетенденции и перспективы совершенствования финансовой системы страны в условиях перехода к моделиустойчивого экономического роста. Сделан вывод о необходимости расширения институциональной базы истимулирования инвестиционной активности для ускорения формирования циркулярной экономики в Узбекистане.
