Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorining shakllanish tarixi, zamonaviy rivojlanishtendensiyalari, institutsional tuzilmasi hamda istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Qimmatli qog‘ozlarbozori iqtisodiyotda investitsiya resurslarini safarbar etish, kapitalni samarali taqsimlash, xususiy sektorni moliyalashtirish,korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish va aholi jamg‘armalarini real sektorga yo‘naltirishning muhim mexanizmlaridanbiri hisoblanadi.Maqolada xorijiy olimlar — Eugene Fama, Robert Shiller, Joseph Stiglitz, Douglass North hamda mahalliy iqtisodchiolimlarning qarashlari mantiqiy va qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Statistik ma’lumotlar asosida bozordagi o‘sish sur’atlari,savdo hajmlari va institutsional islohotlar baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, mamlakatda huquqiy baza va bozorinfratuzilmasi shakllangan bo‘lsa-da, likvidlik darajasini oshirish, institutsional investorlar ulushini kengaytirish, aholiningmoliyaviy savodxonligini rivojlantirish hamda bozor chuqurligini oshirish dolzarb vazifalardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda
