Abstract

imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Model strategik boshqaruv sifati, iqtisodiy samaradorlik, bozor mavqei, innovatsionsalohiyat va resurslar unumdorligini yagona integral baholash tizimida birlashtiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari SEMIR modelimedia tashkilotida nafaqat moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlarni, balki boshqaruv sifati, auditoriya bilan ishlash samaradorligi, raqamlirivojlanish va inson kapitali bilan bog‘liq omillarni ham kompleks baholash imkonini berishini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada MTRKuchun SEMIR modelining diagnostik, strategik va amaliy ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
