Abstract

Ushbu maqolada innovatsion iqtisodiy taraqqiyot sharoitida mehnat resurslaridan samarali foydalanishmasalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida AQSh, Germaniya, Janubiy Koreya, Singapur va Xitoy tajribasi qiyosiyjihatdan o‘rganilib, Sanoat 4.0, sun’iy intellekt, avtomatlashtirish, gig iqtisodiyoti hamda raqamli transformatsiyaningmehnat bozoriga ta’siri tahlil etildi. Future of Jobs Report 2025 va McKinsey & Company hisobotlariga asoslanganstatistik hamda analitik tahlillar natijasida Germaniyaning dual ta’lim modeli, AQShning venture kapital tizimi, Singapur vaJanubiy Koreyaning innovatsion klasterlari hamda Xitoyning Made in China 2025 strategiyasi samarali modellar sifatidabaholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston mehnat bozorida malaka yetishmovchiligi, hududiy nomutanosiblik va raqamliko‘nikmalarning past darajasi kabi muammolar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Xulosa sifatida, xorijiy tajribani milliy sharoitlargamoslashtirish orqali inson kapitalini rivojlantirish O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining barqaror innovatsion o‘sishini ta’minlashningmuhim omili ekanligi asoslandi.
