Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida tadbirkorlik subyektlari faoliyatinistrategik boshqarish metodologiyasini takomillashtirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari tadqiq etilgan. Mamlakatda raqamliiqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish, biznes muhitini modernizatsiya qilish hamda boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgannormativ-huquqiy hujjatlar tadbirkorlik subyektlari strategik boshqaruv tizimiga yangi talablarni qo‘ymoqda. Maqoladastrategik boshqaruv metodologiyasining an’anaviy yondashuvlari raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida qayta ko‘rib chiqilib,ularni adaptivlik, ma’lumotlarga asoslangan qaror qabul qilish, raqamli yetuklikni baholash, dinamik qobiliyatlar, biznesmodeli transformatsiyasi, ekotizim asosidagi hamkorlik hamda moslashuvchan nazorat mexanizmlari bilan boyitishzarurligi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, muallif tomonidan tadbirkorlik subyektlari uchun ustuvor yo‘nalishlar va konseptualmetodologik model taklif etilgan.
