Abstract

В статье рассматривается интеграция принципов ESG в систему корпоративного управления какинструмент повышения устойчивости, прозрачности и инвестиционной привлекательности компаний. Показано,что ESG-подход не должен ограничиваться подготовкой нефинансовой отчетности, поскольку его практическоезначение проявляется через стратегическое управление, риск-менеджмент, ответственность совета директоров,систему данных, устойчивое финансирование и ресурсосберегающие проекты. На основе межстранового анализараскрыты особенности ESG-интеграции в Европейском союзе, Малайзии, Японии и Узбекистане. Обосновано,что для Узбекистана наиболее целесообразен комбинированный подход, сочетающий стандартизированноераскрытие информации, корпоративную ответственность и связь ESG с национальными приоритетами зеленогоразвития. В статье предложены механизм ESG-интеграции и интегральная формула оценки уровня внедренияESG-принципов в корпоративное управление
