Global Biznesda Innovatsiyalarning Roli: Yangi Texnologiyalarni Joriy Etishga Strategik Yondashuvlar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada global biznes muhitida innovatsiyalarning tutgan o‘rni hamda yangi texnologiyalarni joriyetishga qaratilgan strategik yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy iqtisodiyot sharoitida raqamlashtirish, sun’iy intellekt,avtomatlashtirish, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data) va bulutli texnologiyalar korxonalar raqobatbardoshligini oshirishningmuhim omiliga aylanmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro kompaniyalarning innovatsion faoliyati, texnologik transformatsiyajarayonlari va strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, innovatsiyalarni joriy etishda yuzaga keladiganxavf va muammolar, jumladan, moliyaviy resurslarning yetishmasligi, kadrlar salohiyati va texnologik infratuzilma bilanbog‘liq masalalar tahlil qilindi. Maqolada innovatsion strategiyalarni samarali amalga oshirish orqali korxonalarningbarqaror rivojlanishi, xalqaro bozordagi mavqeini mustahkamlashi hamda mijozlarga yo‘naltirilgan biznes modelinishakllantirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari global biznesda innovatsion boshqaruvni rivojlantirish vayangi texnologiyalarni joriy etish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
