Abstract

Mazkur maqolada korxonalarda ichki nazorat tizimi samaradorligini baholashning amaldagi yondashuvlaritahlil qilinib, COSO modeli hamda boshqaruv hisobi elementlarini integratsiyalash asosida yangi baholash metodikasiishlab chiqildi. Taklif etilgan metodika ichki nazorat elementlarini miqdoriy ko'rsatkichlar orqali baholash imkonini beradihamda korxona boshqaruv samaradorligini aniqlashga xizmat qiladi.
