Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda bojxona hududida qayta ishlash bojxona rejimi doirasida tashkiliy-boshqaruvmexanizmlarini strategik takomillashtirish masalalari kompleks tarzda tahlil etilgan. Xususan, globallashuv sharoitida ishlabchiqarish zanjirlarining murakkablashuvi, logistika oqimlarining tezlashuvi hamda tashqi savdo operatsiyalarining raqamlitransformatsiyasi bojxona boshqaruvi tizimiga yangi talablarni qoʻyayotgani asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot davomida amaldagimeʼyoriy-huquqiy baza, institutsional tuzilma va amaliy boshqaruv jarayonlari tahlil qilinib, ularning samaradorligiga taʼsiretuvchi omillar aniqlangan. Jumladan, bojxona hududida qayta ishlash rejimida tovarlar harakatini nazorat qilishda riskmenejmenttizimining yetarli darajada integratsiyalashmaganligi, raqamli texnologiyalarning cheklangan qoʻllanilishihamda manfaatdor subyektlar oʻrtasidagi axborot almashinuvi mexanizmlarining nomukammalligi mavjud muammolarsifatida koʻrsatib oʻtilgan.
