Abstract

Kimyo sanoati bugungi kunda jahon iqtisodiyotining eng muhim strategik tarmoqlaridan biri hisoblanadi.Ushbu sohada ishlab chiqarilayotgan mahsulotlar nafaqat mamlakatlar sanoatini, balki ularning eksport salohiyatini,xalqaro bozorga chiqish imkoniyatlarini hamda iqtisodiy barqarorligini bevosita ta’minlamoqda. Mazkur tarmoqdaishlab chiqarish jarayonlarining murakkabligi, texnologik xavflarning yuqori darajasi hamda ekologik talablarga rioyaetish zarurati risk-menejment tizimini takomillashtirishni dolzarb masalaga aylantirmoqda. Ushbu maqolada yirik globalkimyo kompaniyalari tajribasi asosida risk-menejment tizimini rivojlantirishning zamonaviy yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan.Shuningdek, Navoiyazot AJ misolida COSO ERM va ISO 31000:2018 standartlari asosida xavflarni boshqarish tiziminijoriy etish amaliyoti o‘rganilib, milliy sanoat korxonalari uchun taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
