Aksiyadorlik Jamiyatlarida Qimmatli Qog‘Ozlar Bilan Operatsiyalarni Takomillashtirish

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozoridagi operatsiyalarini takomillashtirishorqali iqtisodiyotni yanada rivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda moliyaviy bozorlardaaksiyalar, obligatsiyalar va boshqa investitsion vositalarning iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, aksiyadorlikjamiyatlarining samarali boshqaruv mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish, investitsion muhitni yaxshilash hamda kapital bozorinichuqurlashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Natijada, qimmatli qog‘ozlar bilan bog‘liq operatsiyalar shaffofliginioshirish orqali milliy iqtisodiyotning barqaror rivojlanishiga erishish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
