Abstract

Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarining media imijini shakllantirish va uning moliyaviy ta’minotinitakomillashtirishga qaratilgan asosiy ilmiy yo‘nalishlar asoslab beriladi: media imijni nomoddiy aktiv sifatida kapitallashuvmexanizmi, resurslarni maqsadli taqsimlashga qaratilgan integral imij indeksi, investitsiya rentabelligini (ROI) ta’minlovchisamaradorlikka asoslangan budjetlashtirish hamda shaffoflik va risklarni baholovchi “Smart-budjet” adaptiv mexanizmitaklif etilgan. Ushbu yondashuvlar oliy ta’lim muassasalarining media makonidagi institutsional nufuzini oshirish vamoliyaviy barqarorligini mustahkamlashga xizmat qilishi tadqiq qilingan
