Роль Образовательной Инфраструктуры В Трансформации К Зелёной Экономике: Пространственный Анализ Андижанского Региона

Abstract

В статье установлено, что в Андижанском регионе в 2019–2025 годах рост числа вузов на 133 %коррелирует с валовым региональным продуктом (R² = 0,93; +1,87 млрд сумов на один вуз). Международноесотрудничество увеличилось на 660 %, способствуя формированию «зелёных» компетенций. ГИС-анализ выявилпространственные диспропорции, требующие цифровой интеграции. Предложены следующие меры: внедрениекурсов по устойчивому развитию, формирование «зелёного» рейтинга вузов, создание платформы «AndijanEco-Edu» и реализация пилотного проекта «Зелёный кластер». Результаты могут быть применены в странахЦентральной Азии.
