Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarini boshqarishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari tahlil qilingan.Shuningdek, boshqaruvning an’anaviy usullaridan zamonaviy raqamli modellarga o‘tishning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.Maqolada rivojlangan davlatlarning raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarini boshqarishdagi strategik yondashuvlari qiyosiytahlil asosida o‘rganilib, xorijiy kompaniyalarda qo‘llanilayotgan boshqaruv tizimlari tahlil qilingan.Shu bilan birga, O‘zbekiston sharoitida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarini samarali boshqarish uchun zamonaviyvositalardan foydalanish bo‘yicha uslubiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
