Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy himoya tizimida moliyaviy resurslarni samarali taqsimlash mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Ijtimoiy himoya tizimining barqaror ishlashi va aholining zaif qatlamlarini qo‘llabquvvatlashdadavlat moliyaviy resurslarining o‘rni yoritiladi. Shuningdek, mavjud taqsimlash mexanizmlaridagi muammolar,byudjet mablag‘laridan foydalanish samaradorligi hamda xalqaro tajriba asosida ularni optimallashtirish yo‘llari ko‘ribchiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida resurslarni adolatli va maqsadli taqsimlashni ta’minlaydigan zamonaviy yondashuvlar vatakliflar ishlab chiqiladi.
