Abstract

Maqolada energetika infratuzilmasining hududiy rivojlanish va ijtimoiy tenglik jarayonlarigata’sir mexanizmlari ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan kompleks tarzda tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda Jahon banki, XalqaroEnergetika Agentligi va Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti Taraqqiyot Dasturi tomonidan e’lon qilingan rasmiyma’lumotlarga tayanilib, energiya ta’minotining sifati va qulayligi mintaqaviy iqtisodiy o‘sish hamda aholining hayotdarajasi o‘rtasidagi mustahkam bog‘liqlik asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot davomida zamonaviy nazariy yondashuvlartizimlashtirildi hamda energetika sohasidagi investitsiyalarning hududiy kapital, mehnat unumdorligi va insontaraqqiyoti indekslariga ta’siri keng ko‘lamda o‘rganildi. Muallif tomonidan akademik adabiyotlar umumlashtirilib,energetika tarmog‘ining hududiy mutanosib taraqqiyot vositasi sifatidagi o‘rni xolisona baholandi. Olingannatijalar barqaror infratuzilma siyosatini shakllantirishda muhim nazariy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib,mintaqaviy farqlarni qisqartirish bo‘yicha asosli takliflar ishlab chiqildi
