Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada korxonalarda inson resurslarini boshqarish tizimi orqali iqtisodiy samaradorliknioshirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalari kompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda strategik inson resurslariniboshqarish amaliyotlari, raqamlashtirish vositalari va motivatsiya tizimlarining korxona moliyaviy hamda ishlab chiqarishko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, kompetensiyaga asoslangan kadrlar siyosati, uzluksizmalaka oshirish, natijaga yo‘naltirilgan rag‘batlantirish va inson resurslari analitika platformalarini integratsiyalash mehnatunumdorligini o‘n sakkizdan yigirma to‘rt foizgacha, aktivlar rentabelligini o‘ndan o‘n besh foizgacha oshirish imkoniniberadi.
